The Eastridge Civic Association (ECA) is a volunteer organization that exists to bring neighbors together to formulate a strong voice and cultivate ideas to protect and strengthen the Eastridge Community, to keep a safe and secure environment, to maintain the neighborhood attractiveness, and to encourage a favorable surrounding environment in order to enrich the quality and culture of the Eastridge Community.
